•WHAT KIND OF SCENTS DO YOU OFFER?

We do something a little bit different from the conventional "lineup" of fragrances that a soap shop generally does. We like variety, so we offer a variety of new soap fragrances at the beginning of every month! This means that our scents are seasonal and are constantly changing throughout the year. When we make soap of a certain fragrance, we generally won't make that same scent again for 6 months to 1 year or more.

This means that if we ever make a fragrance you really love, it's a good idea to snag one or two more.

We try to offer a good variety with fruity, neutral, floral, and (sometimes) festive options. We also do at least one batch of a masculine or unisex scented soap once every month.

 

•WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SOAPS AND SHAMPOO BARS?

All of our cold process soap bars are around 3" x 2.5" x 1" and weigh anywhere from 3.5 - 4.5 oz. They generally are 4 oz. each unless stated otherwise.

Our shampoo bars have a 3" diameter and are 1" thick. They will weigh anywhere from 3.3 oz - 3.7 oz.

Our individual listings will contain more accurate info for each particular bar we have available. I feel that these are the perfect sizes to fit comfortably in your hand, as well as on any soap dish. As with any hand-made, hand-cut, and hand-poured soap product, actual weight may vary.

•HOW SHOULD I USE AND STORE THIS SOAP?

Use this soap as you would any other soap, unless specifically stated otherwise in any individual listing for a particular soap. If the soap contains large exfoliants, such as poppy seeds or large grains of oatmeal, avoid using it on your face, as it can cause skin irritation. Be sure to leave this soap in a well-draining soap dish and out of standing or running water. Our bars are best used within 6 months of purchase. Over time, colorants and fragrance can morph or fade.

•HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR SOAPS AND SHAMPOO BARS?

We love using eco-friendly packaging whenever possible to wrap our soaps and keep them in mint condition. This is important to us, and it is important to many of our customers as well.

Cold process soaps were previously wrapped in white semi-sheer paper, but we are currently using white paper boxes for newly made soaps.

Shampoo bars are wrapped in recyclable white paper.

All bars also have one paper label on front stating our brand name and the soap's scent, and one paper label on the back with the list of ingredients and soap weight.

• OOPS! I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN I ORDERED! HOW DO I FIX THIS?
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct before ordering. Mistakes do happen, so contact us immediately after placing your order, and if your order has not yet been processed we will be able to correct your mistake. If your order has already shipped or is returned to us, we can invoice you for an additional, corrected shipping label and resend it once you have provided us with an updated and correct address.
